Miznon opened its doors in 2013 in the heart of Marais district, the historic site of the Jewish community in Paris. Fresh from the streets of Tel Aviv, without the clichés or any political agenda, the restaurant combines a new generation of Israeli street food; the extraordinary creativity of the levantin kitchen, with the very high quality grade of French ingredients. Straight from the fertile imagination of the great Israeli chef, Eyal Shani, this unique concept combines the star ingredients from the Middle East, the Pita, with the real stars, the vegetables that are elevated as icons within Israeli gastronomy. The pioneers of Miznon Paris have already honed their skills in the prestigious city of Tel Aviv, the origin of our establishment and now they are ready to welcome you in the beautiful city of lights.
