Miznon opened its doors in 2013 in the heart of the Marais, this historic district, the site of the Jewish community in Paris. Fresh off the streets of Tel Aviv, far from clichés and any political demands, this new fast food table combines new generation of Israeli street food, the extraordinary creativity of its designer, and a very high quality grade of French ingredients. Straight from the fertile imagination of a great Israeli chef, Eyal Shani, this unique concept combines the Pita, a star ingredient of the Middle East, with young Israeli gastronomy. The seniors of Miznon Paris have already done their classes on Ibn Gvirol and King Georges in the prestigious city of Tel Aviv. At the origin of this success, the «food philosopher of the kitchen», Eyal Shani, many times rewarded and also judge of the Master Chef Israeli edition since its beginnings, is considered a star in his country and continues to feed, press, blogs, TV shows, online videos and eulogistic reviews. But here the real stars are the vegetables erected as icons in the windows and on the tables.
